Our Yoga & Movement Team

Christy Hall
Founder & General Manager
Christy Hall is the heart and visionary of The Medicine Bar. With nearly two decades of experience teaching yoga and a deep devotion to Ayurvedic medicine and holistic living, she has woven her life’s work into every corner of this space.
Her path has never been about trends or surface-level wellness, it has been a lifelong dedication to authentic healing, self-sovereignty, and community connection. From yoga rooms lit with intention to elixirs crafted as ritual, every detail of The Medicine Bar reflects Christy’s devotion to creating a sanctuary where people feel safe, seen, and inspired.
Christy carries the wisdom of movement, breath, plants, and spirit into her work, offering a modern-day gathering place rooted in ancient traditions. The Medicine Bar is not just her business. it is her prayer, her art, and her gift to the community: a reminder that transformation happens when we feel held, when we remember our wholeness, and when we choose to rise together.
Christy is a carrier of healing practices and a devoted teacher of yoga for nearly two decades. With hundreds of hours of yoga training and countless hours of lived experience, she believes that true credibility isn’t measured by certificates or numbers, it’s reflected in how deeply one embodies the teachings and lives them off the mat. Her calling is to hold sacred space for transformation through yoga, meditation, Vedic bodywork, folk medicine, empowerment workshops, and sacred transformational programs. Christy’s approach blends ancient wisdom with modern needs, offering a path of non-judgment, acceptance, and love that helps others reconnect to their essence and awaken their innate power.
Known for her uplifting, playful nature and creative sequencing, she leads every class as an experience, infused with connection, inspiration, and healing. Her teachings speak of self-love, empowerment, and remembrance, inviting students to rise into their wholeness.
“Mudita”—the joy found in the joy of others—guides her work and her way of being in the world.

Cindy Mazza

She continued studies of restorative, yin and sound therapy. She enjoys creating a nurturing space for students to experience the benefits of emotional balance, inner calm, and security through movement, stillness, meditation, and sound as medicine.

Elaine Miller
Yoga Instructor
Elaine has a nearly lifelong background in movement to include ballet, aerobics, running and yoga. She discovered her absolute passion for yoga in 2023 at her husband’s suggestion to “try yoga” to help manage stress. That trial ignited a fire that has burned since she first stepped onto the mat. She was attending classes 4-6 times a week almost immediately. An unplanned early retirement from a 35-year career in healthcare divinely coincided with an also unplanned last-minute opening in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at her yoga studio, both ending and beginning within a few days of one another. While still in YTT, Elaine taught her first yoga class, on her birthday, and the blissful certainty that this was what she was meant to do filled her heart. She graduated and became a RYT-200 Hour registered through Yoga Alliance and obtained additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Kids Yoga. She continues to teach Vinyasa Flow, VinYin, Beginner Flow, Gentle Flow and Detox Flow. Elaine is currently enrolled in a 300-Hour YTT to start in January 2026. The deeply meaningful transformation which has been at the center of her yogic path moves her to want to share her authentic self and space with others as they come to their mats. Elaine has been in both the Daytona Beach and Port Orange areas since she was a small child and is married to an amazingly supportive husband. Together they have one son.
