TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or extensions unless required by law.
- Presale pricing is a limited-time offer available only before our official opening. Once doors open, these rates will no longer be available.
- Forever Pricing applies only to the first 50 Founders who purchase a Monthly Unlimited Contract or Annual Unlimited. Rates are guaranteed for life as long as the membership remains active and in good standing.
- 2-Year Price Lock applies to all other presale purchases. After 2 years, packages will renew at the then-current regular pricing.
Memberships
- Monthly Unlimited (Contract Auto-Pay): First month’s payment is collected up front to secure your Founders’ rate. Membership will activate on opening day. Billing will continue monthly thereafter unless canceled according to contract terms. Members must maintain continuous auto-pay with no lapses to keep their rate.
- Annual Unlimited (Paid in Full): To secure the second year at the presale rate (if not in the first 50 Forever group), renewal must be completed before the one-year expiration date.
Class Packs
- Presale Class Packs (10-Class, Student, Family, Corporate): Valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of opening. Any unused classes after 2 years will expire with no extensions.
- Family Presale Pack: Shareable only within the immediate household (same address). Not transferable outside the family.
- Corporate Wellness Packs: Transferable only to employees of the purchasing company. Proof of employment may be required.
Discounts & Student Pricing
- Student Pricing requires valid student ID (high school or college).
Attendance Policy
- No-shows and late cancellations (within 12 hours) will result in the loss of the class credit or being charged as if attended.
Studio Operations
By purchasing and attending classes, you agree to follow all studio rules and safety guidelines.
The Medicine Bar reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, and offerings at any time.
Participation in any class or event requires signing our liability waiver prior to your first visit.
Entry may be denied without a signed waiver.
